INTRODUCTION TO SHAMANISM
This day long workshop provides an introduction to Shamanism through Journeying, the principal tool of shamans and shamanic practitioners. Journeying is a powerful channel for direct experiences with spirit and to form one’s own unique spiritual landscape.
Shamanism is the oldest form of spirituality and healing known to man. It calls on our connection to nature, animals and spirit to help us grow, heal and become empowered as individuals.
Shaman: A man or woman who ‘Journeys’ through an altered state of consciousness to reach an alternate reality and brings back information. This has been done from time in antiquity, using various methods to alter consciousness, from darkness, dance, singing, drums and rattles to psychedelic plants.
On this day long workshop we will work with the powerful beat of the drum to help your soul take flight and journey to your spirit world.

have you been diagnosed with schizophrenia or psychosis?
what are you experiences with spirit?
can you commit to 18 months of training?
Your responses will kept completely confidential.
Please answer honestly so we can hold space for you in the safest way possible during your training.
If you are accepted on to the short list you will be invited to join for a final zoom interview before being offered a place.
Places are limited
So if you accept your place you will be committing to the full 18 months of training, as this precious place could have been occupied by someone else.
Over a period of 18 months you will be trained as a shamanic practitioner deepening your connection to your spirit allies.
On completion of the course you will have all the skills, tools and experience needed to offer powerful transformational healing.
This will be a deep journey of self empowerment and self discovery through learning these very ancient practices.
Course work includes the hollow bone, blockage extraction, soul retrieval, ancestral lineage work, curse removal, compassionate depossession, shadow work, merging with spirit allies, the role of the psychopomp, ceremony, ritual and taboo lifting.
The course is divided into 9 weekend long modules with applied practice and training between each module.
To accommodate the current climate the first eight modules are online with the final module being in person.
THE COST
Once you accept your place on the training you are committing to paying for the full training whether or not you choose to complete it.
This is due to the limited places available.
The 18 month training is £3,600
This can be paid in £200 instalments over the 18 months.
If tuition is paid in full before the beginning of the training then we offer a generous £600 discount, making it £3,000 for the training.
We recommend that early in the training you book to build your own rattle and drum. These are essential tools as a practitioner.
Workshops to build them usual cost around £400.
TRAINING DATES
Here are the dates that the training will be taking place.
For all but the last weekend training begins Friday evening from 7pm and will finish on the Sunday evening around 7pm.
All but the last weekend are online via zoom
